Workday Community: https://digital.workday.com/

Workday Community members can access this site to view additional Workday documentation and other learning and support resources, as well as the official status page of the data centers where Workday tenants reside, which shows known outages or service disruptions to production and non-production tenants.  Workday Community is also where members can subscribe to receive customer alerts from Workday about areas of interest.

How to Gain Access to Workday Community

Access to Workday Community for campus users is controlled by MD Connect leadership.  If you are a consortium campus employee in a Workday support role at your campus, request access to WD community by clicking "Request a Community Account" here: https://resourcecenter.workday.com/en-us/signin.html -  enter your name, a legitimate business email address that is associated with a MD Connect campus, and a reason for the request.  The request will be routed to MD Connect for review/approval.  

How to Subscribe to Customer Alerts (emailed) in Workday Community 

Once you have access to Workday Community, you can subscribe to get emailed customer alerts from Workday for known system issues, alerts and other activity.  To subscribe and start receiving Workday Customer alert emails:

  1. Login and click your profile icon on the top right
  2. Click Subscriptions 
  3. Click the blue Go to Add Subscription button
  4. Under Content Type Tag select Customer Alert (or other options as desired)
  5. Under Email Frequency select Immediately to be emailed as soon as Workday acknowledges a customer alert (or some other desired frequency)
  6. Click Subscribe button
Workday Status Page: https://community.workday.com/trust/status  - How to View the Workday Data Center Status Page

You must be a Workday Community member to view the status page:

  1. Navigate to https://community.workday.com/trust/status 
  2. View the production and non-production tenant status by clicking "More Info" under the data center of interest.  You can toggle a 30-day look back on the tenants to view historical documented disruptions.  
  3. Our MD Connect production tenant is on WD1, and non-production tenants are on WD2:
