The Customer Accounts Workday Training Pathway is intended to support employees with customer payment and management responsibilities by providing an overview of several commonly performed tasks and actions related to customers. To enroll in this Pathway on Workday Learning:
- Navigate to the Customer Accounts Training Pathway program.
- Select Enroll.
Note: All prior completion of lessons and courses count toward requirements for completing this program, but you may re-access all completed training as desired.
Materials in this training pathway include the following Computer-Based Training (CBT) video series:
- Customer Events – Overview on various customer tasks, as well as how to create a customer; customer contract; customer amendment; invoice; invoice email; invoice maintenance; interest and late fee; Dunning Letter email; schedule print customer invoice; and schedule print customer statement.
