Workday Training Pathways: Recruiting

The Recruiting Workday Training Pathway is intended to support employees by providing an overview of several Recruiting-related processes, tasks, and actions. To enroll in this Pathway on Workday Learning:

  1. Navigate to the Recruiting Training Pathway program.
  2. Select Enroll. 

Note: All prior completion of lessons and courses count toward requirements for completing this program, but you may re-access all completed training as desired.

Materials in this training pathway include the following Computer-Based Training (CBT) video series:

  • Recruiting: Job Requisition Process – overview on job requisition, job requisition change, evergreen requisition, evergreen requisition change, close evergreen requisition, close job requisition, freeze job requisition, post job, update job posting, and supplementary questionnaires for job requisitions.
  • Job Application and Candidate Management Process for Central HR – describes the job application and candidate management process which includes: Review Candidate, Screen Candidate, Assess Candidate, Reference Check, and Background Check.

    Explains the Job Requisition Processes from an HR perspective for users with the Recruiter and/or Primary Recruiter security roles.
